With TesserApp you pick the right card for every need. The stamp card and points card are open to everyone: anyone can add them and they're discoverable in the in-app catalogue. The other four are personal cards, issued by invite to a single named customer and bound to their device: the private card is stamp-based, the prepaid card carries a credit balance that depletes on each visit, while the discount card and access card swap stamps for a different face — a discount or a custom image. Same counter, same 5-minute setup.

Prepaid services

Private card

A personal stamp card, issued by email invite to a single named customer and bound to their device — perfect for prepaid service packs ("buy 10"). Each use adds a stamp, until the card is full. Not in the catalogue.

1. Set the count — a 10-pack of coffees, washes, cuts, or classes. Whatever you offer.
2. Send it to one customer by email. It lands straight in their TesserApp wallet, tied to them.
3. Stamp each time they use one. When the card is full, every prepaid service has been used.

Immediate perk

Discount card

A personal card that shows a discount (e.g. 20% discount) instead of stamps: nothing to collect, the perk is live right away. Issued by invite and bound to the customer.

1. Set the discount — the percentage you want to reserve for the customer.
2. Send it by email. It lands straight in their TesserApp wallet, tied to them.
3. They show it at the counter on every purchase. No stamps, no threshold to reach.

Personal card

Access card

A personal card that displays a custom image — a membership badge, an entry pass, a VIP card — where stamps would be. Issued by invite and bound to the customer.

1. Upload the image — the badge, pass, or card you want to assign.
2. Send it by email. It lands straight in their TesserApp wallet, tied to them.
3. They show it at the counter whenever needed. No stamps to collect.

Prepaid credit

Prepaid card

A personal card pre-loaded with a credit balance (e.g. €50 gift voucher). Each time the customer uses it, the cashier deducts the amount — no overdraft allowed. The balance is always visible in the customer's app.

1. Set the initial credit — the amount you want to load on the card (e.g. €50, €100).
2. Send it by email. It lands straight in their TesserApp wallet, tied to them.
3. Deduct on each visit. Scan the card, enter the amount, confirm. The remaining balance updates instantly.

Flexible rewards

Points card

An open loyalty card that accumulates points over time. You and the customer decide how many points to add or redeem on each visit — no fixed thresholds, full flexibility. Visible in the catalogue.

3. Add or redeem points on each visit. The cashier enters the amount and confirms.

Quick FAQ

What happens if I stop paying?
A 10-day grace period keeps programs running while payment is retried (reminders sent on day 1 and day 5). After 10 days without payment the account is suspended: existing cards stay visible but cannot receive new stamps. If the subscription is not reinstated within 60 days of suspension it is cancelled. Account data is retained for 6 months after cancellation; a deletion warning is sent at month 5 and all data is permanently removed at month 6, per GDPR.

Can I export my customers' data?
Customer data in TesserApp is pseudonymous — we do not collect name, email, or phone number of end customers. You can export aggregate statistics per program.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards via Stripe. E-invoicing is generated and sent automatically.
